NORTH LAKE & MOUNTAIN
From Quito, visit San Pablo Lake which has a spectacular view. We will visit and shop at the Otavalo market  place. Afterwards, enjoy visiting the small handicrafts villages of Cotacachi and San Antonio de Ibarra. We will then take you to Cuicocha Lake where you can do trekking or just delight yourself with a motor canoe trip around this lake in the middle of a volcano's crater.
On the way back to Quito, overnight at a cozy hotel or hacienda and, for the next day, enjoy doing water sports, horseback riding, trekking, and much more…

 SOUTH
MOUNTAIN & LAKE
After visiting the Cotopaxi National Park and overnighting at a cozy hacienda or hostel, we will take you to Quilotoa Lake in the center of an imposing crater. You will marvel at the extraordinary turquoise blue water along with the unique Andean highland landscape. You will see Tigua painters and perhaps enjoy a ride back on a mule!

QUITO TO RIOBAMBA BY TRAIN
This excursion includes your train ticket, lodging and board.
Departure from Quito (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday´s) by land transport through the well known "Volcanoes Avenue".
Enjoy a short visit to Cotopaxi National Park, with lunch included. Arrival to Riobamba, lodging and dinner at a typical hacienda.
After the next day breakfast, departure by train to the Devil´s Nose, a spectacular feat of engineering in the Andes (about 7 hours). A box lunch is included, and we willreturn to Quito by land transport.

TO THE CITY OF BAÑOS
Departure: Daily
Departure from Quito by land transport through the well known "Volcanoes Avenue". Short visit to the city of Ambato and afterwards, visit the Indian village of Salasacas. Arrival to Baños, lunch, and accommodation at a typical hacienda. City tour of Baños, dinner, and lodging.
Next day, after breakfast, visit the zone of waterfalls and the hot springs. As an alternative, horse back riding, moto or bike riding can be enjoyed. Trip back to Quito in the afternoon.

area
Lake & Mountain will take you to the Mindo area so that you can discover the greatness of this cloudforest located in the northwestern portion of the Choco bioregion. This is considered to be one of the most diverse places in the world!
Enjoy having lunch with the amazing and cozy colibries, or trekking to discover a waterfall and lots of different bird species, or a visit to a butterfly farm, surrounded by orchids and many other life forms.
